charging an hourly rate for my niche skills has been the biggest hack for me over the last 2 years. It let me work 10-20% of the time and spend the rest travelling, building projects, reading dozens of books, learning a language and picking up many hobbies.

For technical I was focusing on 0-1 - building product and feature MVPs. But I've also helped with product, UI/UX, hiring and other CTO type tasks.
