Chocolate avocado mousse 🍫🥑
This dessert combines the rich taste of chocolate with the health benefits of avocado, packed with healthy fats.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1 ripe avocado
1 banana (optional for sweetness)
2 tbsp natural cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
50 ml plant-based milk (e.g., almond milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt (to enhance flavor)
Steps:
Peel the avocado and banana, and cut them into pieces.
Place the avocado, banana, cocoa powder, honey, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
