As an artist, I've always held a special place for immigrants in my work. I deeply empathize with their sense of displacement and their resolute determination to uncover silver linings amidst hardship. I hold in high regard their sacrifices, their hope, and their solid faith in securing a better future for the generations that follow.

The real issue about immigrants—which sadly, politicians and so many people today have forgotten—is that we're talking about human beings, not imported goods. Every person has the right to live and have a normal life. Things like borders and countries were made for people, to make life easier, not the other way around!
