Longer casts and more photos will drive more engagement. Orherwise why call it pro instead of just donation?

Not really. Yes it won't prevent to view FC. But consider the fence as a way to block interaction instead of only viewing. So no, pros will definitely have better interactions with more visibility on their casts. We already have this kind of thing in reward multiplied by followers. Algos are written to favour already popular casters.
