does anybody here avoid a product if it has that Prop 65 california warning on it ? i never have but just curious if it has affected anybody else's daily decisions ever (it's on like everything?)

No. This label doesnโt necessarily mean that there are chemicals. If the manufacturer doesnโt want to pay for testing they put this on the item.

Avoid it? No. But they have helped inform me about some odd risks. Wood dust is carcinogenic. Itโs suspected that the risk is more from the size of particles than from anything in any specific wood. I appreciate the reminders even when on something as silly as a block of wood.
