i have significantly improved my overthinking in recent years

and it didn’t come from turning my brain off 

it came from acting with less time between learning new information and making a decision

and often we know the right action for us very, very early on. it’s simply a question of getting out of your own way and acting with purpose

so what might feel like it’s impulsive, is actually probably an appropriate amount of time spent pondering

most decisions are reversible and rarely set in stone
