The whoop is one of those things you really have to commit to wearing all the time in order to get good recovery data. It wouldn’t work great for you just wearing it at night. That being said, the whoop has been my favorite fitness tracker

Every 2 minutes x 10: 5 shuttle runs then 2 heavy front squats. Looked like a baby deer learning to walk when trying to do the runs 🤦♂️

Got bored of just lifting everyday at the gym and finally talked myself into trying CrossFit. It’s been a little over a year now and I haven’t missed a class since. Besides being in the best shape of my life, I’ve found one of the most tight knit communities in the fitness world. Wouldn’t trade it for anything.
