Since covid, I’ve been trying to fully optimize my sleep. Totally agree, it’s the key to everything: immunity, productivity, and mental clarity.

i didn't sleep properly 2-3 days in a row, that generally becomes precursor for low immunity. hadn't fallen sick in 7 months.
