That's why it's so important rn to be building tech that throttles the power any one person / company can wield. Higher floors (more sovereignty) and lower ceilings (fewer sovereigns)

how are you feeling about DAOs these days?

I think "autonomous" was originally meant to mean programmatic, not sovereign (though one could argue that programmatic rulesets are a pre-req)

I just meant the tools aren't sophisticated enough to set it and forget it -- humans are very much still needed in the loop

And I agree, many onchain orgs larp as DAOs because the word stuck

This is a question DAO people have been asking for years. 
In any case, I think it is a vital part of a DAO.
In order for a DAO to operate “legally” there needs to be provable decentralization and that comes from what is done without human intervention. The A. Without it, it’s not a DAO, just an onchain/internet org, like say Farcaster.

I think A is not needed yet other than onchain money — the D and O are slowly starting to happen

Onchain coordination holy grail is good corporate governance imo
