hey flex @quotient share a detailed write-up the other day, but yeah we did see some larger swings in allocations from week 1 to week 2 that we want to mitigate against heading into next week

The allocation program should be more stable and predictable this week into next with the current group of allocators as well (ie we won't see a big swing in folks added/removed), which will help 

That said we've been working to set tipn up so that more folks get more rewards back from tipping and staking as the network and activity and token price have appreciated

We want Tipn to reward everyone who uses it
