A truly extraordinary wine tasting on the theme of perfect matches. Five dishes, five wines, and every pairing was spot on. The highlight pictured here: confit of ripe tomatoes in raspberry mousse, coated with cocoa butter, resting on a tomato water jelly. Paired with a sparkling Crémant du Jura rosé. Pure harmony 👌
