Lately I've been seeing such problematic messages when trying to tip masks.

After around 10 minutes you can use the action and it will work. Obviously that’s only a bandaid as no one wants to keep going back through notifications to send tips from 10+ mins ago, but it’s all we have for now unfortunately

It works if you use it a few minutes after writing a reply to someone.
Perhaps something is causing a delay in the data being sent.
