it has to be user B, if your project relies on the token to thrive/survive, choosing user A means your project dies instantly no?

If this method is used to distinguish users in the cryptocurrency circle, then this project and its developers are garbage. Either use points or roll back to the web2 world to avoid polluting the reputation of web3 projects.
