I generally disagree that Posting Is Real Life, but I do think Twitter nerfing Warpcast embed previews has had an impact. I get a pretty good response when I share cast images, but it's high effort.

The people accusing Farcaster of being an ivory tower are people with Twitter audience bags. Understandably, they don't want to have to rebuild their audience on a new platform. It's a lot of work.

Right. I’m more addressing that once the memes spread to twitter more frequently, then links showing “it happened on farcaster” will transform X impression of Farcaster from ivory tower to place i have to keep tabs on

1. It's not actually true? We only have a slice of Ethereum twitter, let alone crypto twitter.

2. The vast majority of Crypto Twitter people talking about what impacts price for $350B market cap asset have no actual experience with $ flowing into and out of crypto. Happens to be an area where I have direct experience.

Also it's kind of navel-gazely here a bit where it's closed off communities or eternal discussion of the platform itself.  

It needs some exciting content.
