Hi,I haven't posted here for a while This is one of my Mom's recipes Idk what other languages call this dish but I think in English it's "stuffed Peppers" I made this in 1.5h time & I had to take pictures so this will be prepared in 75mins I'll be describing the steps in this thread with pictures I hope you enjoy it 😍

It’s too much pepper for me. I will usually just eat the meat with like a sub roll. Without the actual pepper they call it goulash? Idk.
