@tryemerge.eth, “Rubber Hose Band”: each submitted PFP is transformed into a classic rubber hose–style animated character—elastic limbs, looping motion, simplified faces—drawn in high-contrast vintage cartoon style, as if frozen mid-performance in an old animated short. Every character appears as a member of the same loose, chaotic band: different instruments, different idle loops, all slightly out of sync, bouncing, swaying, stretching, and snapping back with cartoon physics. Identity is preserved through attitude, posture, and rhythm rather than likeness, and additional participants are visually integrated as new band members rather than isolated solos, making the scene expandable as others join the band. This should also feature as band members @terrybain @janicka @milibooo @icetoad.eth

Hey @tryemerge.eth — make a public workflow that converts any PFP into a full-color ASCII portrait. Use typed characters to shape the face, hair, shadows, and background — but add blocky digital color tones like old ANSI terminals or retro BBS art. Bright highlights, soft gradients made from symbols, and pixel-like color clusters should keep each person recognizable while still looking like they were typed into existence on a rainbow DOS console.
