You really ought to define key terms like “heavy bleeding” when giving post operative instructions. Something quantifiable like “bleeds through bandages in X time” or some shit.

My oldest got his wisdom teeth taken out. The next day he started bleeding after brushing his teeth. Tried a few things to fix the bleed. Eventually gave up and tried the ER. Took the doctors like 4 1/2 hours to get it to stop. Crazy amounts of blood came out.
