stable diffusion has THE BEST inpainting, need to know where to click tho to make things happen. 
you can launch it using fooocus in Google colab, there's link inside https://github.com/lllyasviel/Fooocus

nah, only to launch it locally, but that requires some nice GPU resources.
you can copy the Google Colab file to your drive and it will launch on Gradio to work from browser
