I made Gyoza. Chop the cabbage and leeks, sprinkle a little salt and drain the excess water. Add minced pork, ginger paste, chicken soup, and soy sauce and mix. I used commercially available Gyoza wrappers. It is common to wrap it in a half-moon shape, but I fold the four corners inward. It's easy to eat in one bite and allows you to enjoy the gravy even more.

The meat is well seasoned, so you can eat it as it is! I like spicy food, so I put a little chili and garlic sauce on it!
