I got myself a fancy tea glass with a sieve. Quality of life improved. 🍵

A friend gifted me lots of loose tea and I really need to quit tea bags. 2025 might be the year.

Yes - I'm thinking I should do a "little" research on the different herbs before I start throwing them into my system ;-p. I love a good mint tea!!

Ooooh, I got sage leaves from a local bio store, it got me thinking I could probably grow those myself, as well as mint. 

Other teas, not so sure.

Have just started this journey myself - also have the fancy glass with a sieve and one of those loose tea holders that you squeeze and they open up like a set of tongs.  Have started on Nettle tea - super interesting ;-p
