I wanted to try the insane water amount in the 75 hard challenge. See whether I tolerate it. I was so sick last evening, and I rarely get ill. 75 hard is not cute, a NO. I'm not doing it.

i dunno what a gallon is but I drink probably max 2 litres and that includes tea (herbal, fruits - not counting black)

This weirdo plan also do not count the other liquids including juices , teaa coffees which I already consume q lot. Gurl a gallon is 4 liters it is insane. I KOed at 3 liters and that is me also consuming a bit of salt. Chadding is hard ngl
