My take 

I do feel the benefit and negative side of technology. I have learnt the methods behind the engagement and dopamine loops. But fear many will not critically think this and be even in its grasp. That why „touching grass“ although a meme is a essential thing to connect in other methods with the world around us.

Yes the problem arise when the tool becomes more than that imo.

And few manage to find the balance because ofc big tech stacks the incentives against us.

There's also the struggle between innate laziness and what actually provides us fulfillment. Latter mostly requires some form or effort and the constant confusing hedonism for happiness hasn't helped imo 😅

So yeah touching grass, and taking care of something helps. And thinking for oneself.
