Hi Casters. I've been enjoying the simplicity and taste of the cold brew I make at home in this carafe from Japan. https://a.co/d/hPAHH9R. I use LaCabra beans and grind them and add water and put it in the fridge overnight.

When I arrived in Tokyo in May my friend gave me one of these. The product is available at Blue Bottle Coffee cafes. It’s simple to use and does indeed make delicious cold brew.

I thought this looked familiar; I’ve yet to go to Japan, so I bet I saw it at Blue Bottle. I haven’t tried home brewing iced coffee / cold brew but this summer heat has me tempted to try. Appreciate the rec and context 🙏☕️
