Hi Casters. I've been enjoying the simplicity and taste of the cold brew I make at home in this carafe from Japan. https://a.co/d/hPAHH9R. I use LaCabra beans and grind them and add water and put it in the fridge overnight.

Just started grinding beans every morning for a filter... Not great for early morning mid week where I need to just get going!

When I arrived in Tokyo in May my friend gave me one of these. The product is available at Blue Bottle Coffee cafes. It’s simple to use and does indeed make delicious cold brew.

La Cabra does things with beans I don’t see anyone else doing.
