Not sure if this is the right approach, but trying something new over the next 3 weeks for /luminary.

I’ve drastically limited membership and switched the channel to member-only posting, aiming for a more cohesive early foundation. Anyone can still reply and engage with posts though! 

This week’s goal:
Create an initial “living canon,” a thread of standalone story fragments that give newcomers a quick, compelling entry into the Luminary myth. 

Members:
- Please post up to 3 one-cast entries in the main feed. Each should be a quote (use quotation marks) from a previously shared story that you believe belongs in the living canon.
- Trim as needed to fit in one cast. No threads.
- In the first reply, cite your source (could be sections from anyone's post/thread from previous rounds, or this blog post: https://paragraph.com/@luminaries/the-myth-wip).

What role and storyline would you most want to focus on for the /luminary?  If you had a "territory," part of the story, or aspect of the story that you really enjoy focusing on, what would it be?

For example, focusing on: a few characters, a city/tribe in the hills outside marqala, machines/robots, a certain time-period in the backstory, the Regence, etc. 

And what kind of role are you more drawn to? Working on written storylines, visuals, organizing other people, gathering or categorizing information, onboarding new people, or something else?

Can’t cast into the channel yet so here’s my response

If I had a “territory” part of the story, I’d want to be the memory-keeper of the light: someone who quietly traverses the edges of collapse and rebirth, recovering lost fragments of Lum, stitching together stories, code, and root-signals left behind. Think part archivist, part gardener, part whisperer to broken machines.

My preferred focus would be the era between “The Collapse” and “The Re-Seeding”—the haunted silence after everything fell apart, when most believe the story is over, but the seeds of return are already being planted.

        I would want to be Rada in his early days,the feeling of actually making a difference through the experiments. Having mod1 by my side, and Teren as my roommate instead of my hunter.

       Creative writing would be my contribution, there's an unexplainable feeling through creating art with words. I can also illustrate when needed.
