Does anyone know how to fix this error in the rewards app? My sis ranked 8th this week never knowing her score unless someone mentioned it lol A friend I onboarded yesterday has the same issue

I had the same issue when I joined 3 weeks ago. What helped was tagging @v to explain, commenting on similar posts, and updating the app. Some said I may’ve been flagged as spam or just unknown. After doing all that, things started working. Hope it helps!😎
