weekly dev rewards are increasing from $5k to $10k and the number of eligible apps from 50 to 100 this cycle

it's been fun to watch apps and builders climb the trending list every week and see the creative ways devs are building with Farcaster legos, and now more developers can earn rewards for their work

Based on the incentives here, I'm considering turning off the seamless onchain tx experience in my miniapp and would like someone to talk me off the ledge

currently, logadog.xyz lets you push a button and it writes your txs onchain in the background (no popups, no "are you sure" confirmations cluttering up the ux)

but since dev rewards are juicy and based on # of txs, Im thinking about popping raw txns for farcaster miniapp users...

up to you! if you think the UX is far superior and it’ll lead to more usage i’d just keep on going with whatever you’ve built

if you really think rewards are important to you building your app so the txs are visible works too

maybe there’s a middle ground where you have users do a tx once in a while through the mini app connected wallet? it’s more about uniques than volume since volume is easy to game

It is so much more simple the way it is, however if you get these rewards it can also be used to buy more $HOTDOG and reward users too!
