Is it just me or is this a very common feeling? Always busy but never doing enough — a feeling I can't shake

oh yeah. impostor syndrome hits all the time. Sometimes it helps me to think about the dumb + successful people, like, are they worried about this crap? No, they're out there making it happen because they don't have any voices telling them they can't. No reason I can't buck up and get after it.

Nah bro, I think this turned out to be pretty relatable. And I guess it’s just the world we’re living into and how it effects us and play with our brain and emotions. Sad it gotta be this way tho🥲

Oh, I know what you mean. The never doing enough part I do have some solutions for this: solution number one is the night before or evaluate after that GM journaling we each are doing - Decide what’s the MIT that’s the most important thing - for today. There can only be one most important thing and if you want to add other things that are important you can, but there can be only one thing that has the star for MIT and you can add up to four other things. There cannot be more than five things on this list. If you complete them, you can create a new list, but don’t create a list with more than five items, but do the most important thing first. Ideally, this is the thing you want to do the least, and it should also be the thing that’s gonna be the most impactful thing if it’s done correctly.
