Highly unpopular topic but your poop is a really important indicator of health 1-3 dookies per day Should come out easily and quickly (no 20m camping sessions) And have a nice brown color (no green or black) Do some googling or AI research if you’re not sure how to tell but can serve you well to use changes in #2’s as health markers Ok that’s enough potty talk carry on
