This kind of thing always gets me. I’m literally right here, willing to help promote your mini app, grant you some $DEGEN, and support your success, if you’re a top-ranking mini app, just make $DEGEN the default currency.

Circle is a giant corporation. They do business with Coinbase. They’re never going to show up and support you. We will. It’s your call—but if you're choosing between $DEGEN and USDC, think about this: one side gives you a whole community ready to back you, share your app, and create a viral loop. The other side gives you… what exactly? “Widely distributed”? So is $DEGEN.

The reality is, you’re building for Farcaster, not for the masses right now. And the biggest community on Farcaster is Degen. If you’re ignoring that, you’re missing the whole picture.

Agree. We had the initial cohort, many of whom sold off. Now we have a second cohort that entered at a higher price and needs to work harder to see the next bump up, and the cycle will continue.

Yeah, I think @aerodrome nailed it with the 4-year locks. In hindsight, I wish DEGEN had a longer time-release too, would’ve made people actually earn their bags instead of just grabbing and dipping.
