Thanks man. I'm both excited to be done with this stage, and also feeling the weight of all the work that remains. I /might/ have this course done by the end of next week, but it'll be a near thing.

I haven't added it up lately, but I'm betting I'll have around 500 hours suck into it once everything is said and done.

Yeah, I'm doing all the things. I'm completely bootstrapped, and any money I spend is money that's not going towards the mortgage or putting food on the table.

But it's good for me to learn all of this. Eventually, I can outsource part of it, and I'll do that more successfully when I can better describe and demonstrate the outcomes that I want. Without having learned what I have over the last year, I wouldn't know how to communicate those goals.

Sure! I've got a couple of ideas for Zapier that I can run by you. 

Most of my automation will be within my platform, so it's more figuring out the business logic and then building it so user records are updated in the CRM when learners take certain actions, and to fire off emails automatically. 

But I also want to update the CRM when the user downloads an episode of a podcast, and automatically add/remove people from an async coaching platform based on CRM state (which will update after a payment action), so all of that needs to be figured out.

I won't be doing all that until after the two mini-courses are done, so probably 4 weeks, give or take.

interestingly, i started an 8-week intensive course on automation tools. n8n, make, zapier. maybe ghl too. the works.

would you be open to me helping out sometime in the near future?
