I've completely overhauled https://fieldway.org to focus exclusively on executive grief coaching for tech leaders. After two weeks of market research, it became clear that trying to offer "everything for everyone" (consulting! training! courses! coaching!) was creating confusion instead of clarity.

What's new:
✅ Single, clear focus: helping tech executives lead effectively during personal loss, team grief, or organizational crisis
✅ Streamlined site with one offer and one action 
✅ Eliminated confusing elements (goodbye, private podcast that nobody could figure out how to download 😅)

This pivot combines my 20+ years of tech leadership experience with specialized grief counseling training—a unique intersection that serves leaders who are trying to guide teams while their own world has been turned upside down.

Sometimes the best business strategy is knowing what NOT to do. Feels good to have focus again!
