having expensive hobbies is so brutal

anytime i want a new guitar or watch i have to exercise delayed gratification and setup a separate account to save up and make it worth it (adulting ew)

absolutely feel you on this. ive found that delayed gratification means you many times dont want what you think you do. i practice this too and have just unlocked a much bigger prize than i intended because of the discipline i practice and kept saving past the original target.
