A minute of research would have uncovered that the government claims the mother requested both of her children be deported with her, that the father for some reason didn’t petition the court on his own, but designated a family friend to be her custodian and take her home from ICE custody. Sounds like the mother and ICE acted in the best interest of the children.

The intellectual dishonesty of some people is actually astounding.
