What do you do if you rely on crypto in times of war but your internet infrastructure is disabled by the government? Do you simply use your country’s currency (can transact but currency plummeting) or hodl and hope for the best (can’t transact but crypto price hopefully more stable) or somehow use crypto offline?

If you can’t use crypto offline in real-time then crypto as a store of value seems useless…
