Everyone appears to be excited about Monad but I haven't seen a single post about why it exists or what are it's technology advantages that set it apart from other competing L1 designs. The answers are optimistic parallel execution and a unique novel validator consensus algorithm. I still believe the world needs chains with built in cryptoeconomic incentives to drive capital to it (hala berachain) and not a faster blockchain, but this is interesting nonetheless I suppose. https://blog.monad.xyz/blog/how-monad-works#major-improvements
