7/10 applications answer the question with the first response chatGPT gives for the stated question.

Uniswap is trash. Token doesn't generate revenue back to holders, and they've been larping the fee switch for years now. I only use it for cheap 1 tick limit orders.

😂  My less direct response if I was actually interviewing:

I don't use Uniswap because I did data analytics for Aerodrome for a time. When you actually look at the data, most LPs are losing money and not recovering fees. Aerodrome also suffers from this problem as well in general and there's lots of research in LVR or LVB, dynamic fees to recoup losses, etc.

Btw I do use Uniswap, but only with revert.finance where I can automate fee harvesting.

Though I disagree- the answer is personal and takes more thought than what I'm showcasing... while there's a disagreement on tokenomics there's a pragmatic usefulness acknowledged. I'd prefer to see this.
