1. if farcaster had a protocol coin, 2. where do you think it'd stand in terms of mc? 3. in absence of the official one, which coin do you think is the closest cultural representation of it? 4. if you were to create one, what would it be like?

would likely need to launch >1B for investors to exit, so chart would probably end up looking like zora and settle ~100-200M. degen is probably the closest proxy asset for the FC ecosystem, but doesn’t really line up with the prevailing culture imo.

I honestly think there is far more potential for Farcaster than people think, given the fact that anyone can make products on it. I would go as far as say it should be a multiple of Reddit. I have to drag out the video but I'm 100% sure Farcaster probably has a customer lifetime earnings that's higher than Reddit. Reddit only earns something like $2 per user. Its crazy to think but pro probably generated more dollars per user than Reddit. I would value farcaster would settle at at least 2x Reddit ($50B) if momentum keeps growing.

I completely agree with the potential you’re describing. the valuations I outlined above are assuming that a hypothetical token was launched right now in current market conditions.
