Our goal is to find PMF i.e answer these 3 questions:
1. Crypto-Native: Is /c/crypto fun enough for daily use (readers + traders)?
2. Normie-Friendly: Can we grow channels beyond crypto?
3. Scalable Playbook: Can we repeatedly launch high-quality, positive-sum channels?

After PMF:
Go after Reddit with the first major Web3 “vampire attack.”

Risks:
1. Smart contracts are currently unaudited. Ape responsibly.
2. We’re in Beta and shipping fast: expect bugs.

PMF Questions Crypto Appeal? Somewhat. Fun, but still needs more engaging daily rituals (polls, AMAs, or token-driven threads) to keep traders and readers coming back. Normie-Friendly Growth? Not yet. Most non-crypto users won’t make it past wallet setup. Simplifying signup and showcasing non-crypto use cases is key. Scalable Playbook? Yes, with the right moderation tools and incentive structures. Let creators curate and monetize their channels to keep the ecosystem sustainable. Exciting to see where this is going — it feels like Clip is on the verge of something big.
