mOde'thenics journal 25/05/30 --- - 2.3 km bicycle ride - 6/5/5 muscle up dips (added one rep) - 6/5/5 dips on rings (added one rep) - 8/7/7 body rows on rings (added one rep) - 24/13/10 seconds dead hangs - this one was a huge success today. 24 seconds is a huge number having in mind my golfers elbow. I think it is getting better! - 2.3 km bicycle ride Overall it was a good workout, feeling tension in some muscles tho. I think I might need to keep the reps stable for a couple of weeks and not push any further until my body adapts better.
