mOde'thenics journal 25/07/07 --- Looks like I've rushed too much into pull ups last week and my golfers elbow is back 😥 It's.... sad... --- - 2.13 km bicycle ride - 10/10/10 wall angels - 10/10/10 external shoulder rotation (5 kg) - 10/10/10 face pulls (5 kg) - 10/10/10 5 kg band pull apart - 7/6/6 muscle up dip (added 1) - 10/10/10 lat pulldown (20 kg) - 10/10/10 deep squats (took a risk to get back to this. There's a weird feeling in the hip, but the lower back feels good) - 2.13 km bicycle ride
