mOde'thenics 25/07/17 --- After a week of deload due to sharper pain in elbow, I got back today. And I am quite happy with the results. --- - 2.17 km bicycle ride - 10/10/10 band pull apart (5 kg) [posture fix series] - 10/10/10 wall angels [posture fix series] - 10/10/10 terminal knee extensions (35 kg) [a joy after weekends 60 km bicycle ride] - 5/5/5 step downs. I think this one pointed me to all my problems. While doing step downs I have this weird quite sharp pain in my hip. I think this is where it all began - back pain, shoulder pain, etc... - 7/6/6 muscle-up dips (repeated last result) - 9/9/8 rings push-ups (repeated last result) - 8/5/5 diamond push-ups (2 rep lower than last time - effect of the deload week) - 3/2/2 assisted pull ups with 35 kg band (instead of 5/4/3 I did last time. This one is purposefully. I don't want to overload my elbow again. Sadly I feel slight pain while doing this excercise :( ) - 2.17 km bicycle ride
