mOde'thenics journal 25/06/27 --- It was very chaotic, but also a very eye opening workout. --- - 2.16 km bicycle ride - 8/5/10 wall angels (this one was even better than I expected. It removed shoulder pain instantly. The first series were extremely hard tho, what also was unexpected. I think I did it wrong the first time and got some pain back to my lower back) - 10/10/5 external shoulder rotation with 20 kg resistance band (good, but not so impressive as wall angels) - 5/3/2 pull ups with 35 kg resistance band (I can still feel elbow and a bit of shoulder, but it went quite good) - 10 glute bridges/10 bird dogs/10 dead bugs (inserted those as soon as I felt lower back pain in the beginning) - 6/6/5 muscle up dips (I removed ring dips and now I can confidently tell that ring dips were killing my shoulder) - 12/12/12 advanced leg raises - 1 pull up (just wanted to try. I didn't expect I would be still able to do one after all this gap of injuries. But I still can and that feels extremely rewarding). - 2.16 km bicycle ride.
