mOde'thenics journal 25/06/24 --- Back home and back to work π Got quite sidetracked over the last 3 days with bbq, beers and sweets π So the morning started strongly. - 2.3km bicycle ride - 6/5/5 muscle up dips - 4/3/3 pull ups with the help of 35 kg resistance band (I finally did it! One more step towards helping that stubborn golfers elbow) - 6/5/5 dips on rings (back to track!) - 9/7/4 push ups on rings (lost 5 reps here) - 2.3km bicycle ride Lost some reps on push ups, but I'm so proud of getting back to pull ups, that I don't even care π Feeling some shoulder pain though and that I don't like... One more obstacle to overtake...
