mOde'thenics journal 25/06/09 --- Weird day. Quite a good workout, but the feeling is like some sort of sickness is trying to catch me 🫤 Anyway: - 6/5/5 muscle up dips - 6/5/3 dips on rings (the energy dropped in the end) - 10/10/10 glute bridges - 12/12/12 pull ups on the machine - 10/10/10 dead bugs - 9/8/8 push ups on rings - 12/12/12 advanced leg raises. Let's go! 💪
