mOde'thenics journal 25/07/11 --- Back after a small break. The golfer's elbow got worse so I had a pause. Feels way better now so I did a mobility workout. --- - 2.16 km bicycle ride - 10/10/10 wall angels - 10/10/10 band pull apart (5 kg) - 10/10/10 glute bridges - 10/10/10 bird dogs - 10/10/10 dead bugs - 10/5 step downs (I have a sharp pain in my left hip. Seems like a problem I will have to solve next) - 10/10/10 knee extension (35 kg) - 2.16 km bicycle ride
