mOde'thenics journal 25/06/28 --- I had a very sport related day today. It started with buying some nice new stuff. I've got myself swimming goggles, 5 kg resistance band, elastic knee supports and most importantly new sport shoes (in the picture), that are supposed to help my Achilles and knees to feel better. --- After that I had a training session by my new structure, where I have one exercise for my posture, two for injury prevention and 4 for strength training. - 10/10/10 resistance band (5 kg) pull apart - 10/10/10 glute bridges with 6 kg weight - 10/10/10 dead bugs - 39/34/27 seconds hollow body hold - 5/4/4 half dragon flag - 12/12/12 advanced leg raises - 12/12/12 superman
