$PRO needs a plan? here you go: - start with one core problem: new user retention - anyone can propose a *concrete* solution to improve retention - each proposal gets a prediction market: "conditional on this idea being enacted, D30 new user retention will be X% higher/lower" - anyone can bet using $PRO - enact two proposals: the top-voted and the most controversial - refund the rest - in 2 months, resolve the markets cc @mjc716

I like the idea I’m not sure how to implement tho Any thoughts on how markets would resolve?

This is basically what butter is doing (we’re running a big experiment with them soon). Is there anything observable onchain that is a proxy for retention?

i think there are a lot of data source and architecture questions around how to measure this

id just ask merkle. if we have a compelling idea im sure they'll help us out and it doesnt need to be all onchain. you can just resolve the market yourself (thats how polymarket does it). in fact we can use polymarket or one of the many other prediction markets out there to run this

yeah in designing our own experiment (goal is to grow lending protocol tvl on @unichain) defining the metric we are measuring has been one of the hairier parameters to reason about.
