your pyramid post brought back a memory btw

long time ago I lived and worked in Cairo as artist. back then they were not really paying attention and I climbed and crawled into the shaft of the great pyramid of giza all the way to the kings chamber.

when I came there I was amazed, it was constructed entirely of huge granite blocks aligned just perfectly seamlessly and it looked like it was made yesterday, the whole thing looked just brand new. 

I spend there about an hour just by myself marveling at the place. it is truly a wonder.
