Usually you need to use dry chickpeas soaked for 24 hours to make falafel But what do you do if the cravings are strong 🧆? You use canned chickpeas! But instead of using a food processor you need to mash the chickpeas separately so you don’t end up with a herby hummus. As for the onion, garlic and herbs you can still use a food processor I also oven baked mine instead of frying them and coated them with sesame seeds to make it extra crunchy!
